  Please be careful buying dog food from here. On February 15, I bought a bag of WholeHearted dog food. On February 20, my dog’s food was covered with maggots and all kinds of bugs inside the bag. Thank God I was paying attention before she ate that bowl, but I couldn’t imagine my baby eating this poor quality food. I called first thing in the morning to let the manager, Steven, know the situation and the he was immediately dismissive saying maggots aren’t harmful to my dog when I googled it and it in fact is. What also concerned me was when I said there were maggots in the food, he asked did I buy ProFood or some other brand, and I’m like “is this a regular occurrence???” Absolutely insane. I did receive a refund, but this store is obviously not paying attention to expiration dates or something because this shouldn’t have happened. I’m now paying out of pocket expenses for vet bills when none of this would’ve happened if the ball wasn’t dropped.

  This place was terrible. OMG. When I picked up my baby after 4 hours his little face was so wet from him crying. And his little tongue was hanging out his mouth and it sounded like he was hyperventilating. I know my baby was abused in some way there because he NEVER acts like he did when I picked him up. I actually had to stop at a store right down the road to get him some water, and he drank a half of bottle of water. And of course I can't do anything about it because they give you a paper and tell you to go to the cashier to pay while they go get your pet. So I paid and even gave the lady a 20 dollar tip, then when I saw my dog, he looked SO MISERABLE. AND HE DOESNT EVEN LOOK LIKE HE WAS GROOMED, THE ONLY THING THEY DID WAS CLIP HIS NAILS. THATS ALL THEY DID FOR 82 DOLLARS. TERRIBLE SERVICE. HE WASNT CUT AT ALL, HE SMELLS LIKE HE DID WHEN I DROPPED HIM OFF, THE ONLY THING I THINK THEY DID WAS CLIP HIS NAILS. I AM ATTACHING A VIDEO OF MY BABY DRINKING WATER AS SOON AS I GOT HIM TO MY TRUCK. I ACTUALLY CRIED BECAUSE OF THE WAY HE WAS ACTING WHEN I PICKED HIM UP. NEVER AGAIN. This is a 40 second video of my poor baby drinking water only a couple minutes after I picked him up from Petco Grooming

  I LOVE THIS PETCO!! The employees are always nice and the store is mostly clean and well stocked! I will say the pet care area could use a little more TLC though… some of the tanks (mainly the saltwater tank) are in need of a good cleaning and the turtles need more to do in their tank other than just bask.. With that being said the store looks great overall and all of the animals in their care look healthy and well taken care of so GO PETCO!

  I love this place the energy here makes me come back.I could go any where else but here is where my dogs call home. From the vet to all the employees in the store especially Kiara she R.O.C.K.S to the groomers, all tens across the board .....I tell everybody where I take my dogs cause we consider you guys family.....1 Love...

  So glad I chose this location. Went here to test our fish tank water before adding fish babies. The fish expert was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the store employees were friendly and knowledgeable as well. Clean environment and many pet animals to view. Will be returning to purchase our fish babies as this store has a wide selection. Thank u!
