- KDkendall dixonDec 31, 20255.0I took my dog to be groomed by Emmy before Christmas and let me say, she completely knocked it out of the park and exceeded my expectations by a mile! My baby is anxious and I was watching her work on my baby through the glass and you could just see how patient and caring she was even when my dog was being completely uncooperative. We have been kicked out of two salons bc of his behavior but Emmy was so patient and kind and gentle. The groomer before her seemed very annoyed and everything felt and looked very rushed! So I was a little on the fence about coming back. On top of that Emmy was able to squeeze me in last minute… such a sweet soul! You can really tell she lives want she does. We need more groomers like Emmy!

I was nervous because my 1-year-5-month-old pit bull had never had his nails professionally trimmed and was still traumatized from the last time I attempted to clip them at home. He was excited, loud, and full of energy — but Celeste handled him with such calmness and confidence. She gently led him to the back and onto the table for his nail trim, and although I was anxious, the team made the entire process smooth. A special thank-you to Celeste and the two additional ladies (whose names I unfortunately did not catch) who jumped in to help — patting his head, comforting him, and even distracting him with videos on their phones 😂. Your kindness, patience, and professionalism were truly appreciated. We will definitely be back!
