- JAJeremiah AndradeDec 28, 20251.0The customer service here could use some improvement. On 12/27 I placed an online order around 2pm for pickup which said would be ready in an hour. When I arrived to the store they told me my order wasn’t ready and hasn’t even gone through their system yet. I asked if they were able to grab the item since it was literally just a bag of Purina Puppy Pro plan. The employee then tells me someone from the back would bring it out. After 20 minutes of waiting and killing time by walking around the store I notice 3 employee sitting/ on their phones around the cashier. I politely walked over and asked if It was easier if I came back later. I could tell he completely forgot I was waiting and told me he would go grab the item himself. After 5 minutes of him being in the back he comes back out and says “oh we’re out of that item, thats why they never came out”… so no one was going to communicate this? I asked him how I could get a hold of this item hoping he could provide next steps since i’ve already been charged. Without saying anything he walks back over counter and I receive an email saying my order was canceled. Never came back over, never apologized, never told me they were canceling my order. So I just walked out. Y’all need to work on basic communication skills.
