But I missed 2 and was blocked from booking so I called and explained my situation and Ashley allowed me to continue to call and book for over a year now with no issues no missed or no shows since so today I called to book and they say because Ashely no longer works for them I can’t book when I just bring my dog in May 5, 2025. I’m not understanding why I can no longer book because Ashley no longer works for the company.
