  I take my dog to this location for all of her grooming appointments. The team in the grooming salon is always so great with her. Most dogs are a little apprehensive about baths etc. but when I pick Reba up, she seems sad that she has to leave. This is a grooming salon review as I do not shop in the store very often and don't have an opinion about the retail side. But, for grooming, it's the place to go.

  I placed a DoorDash order for PetCo and was surprised to get a message from the Dasher telling me that the store was a “hot mess” and customer service “refused” to help him complete my order, so my order had to be cancelled (some of my items were stored in the locked section only accessible by an employee key). I thought that maybe the dasher was just being lazy and lying, so I called the store but was shocked to be told the exact same thing from the customer service employee— he knew exactly who my dasher was and reiterated that they did not have time to help him. The staff member sounded like a nice guy, but honestly in the time I was on the phone with him, he could have taken those two minutes to help my dasher instead. He told me that I could cancel my DoorDash order and just order with PetCo directly online for same-day delivery if I needed the items right away, which at the time seemed like a helpful suggestion, but after I hung up and thought about it, it seemed a little bit like a money grab— I imagine PetCo makes more money with direct orders instead of when customers use outside delivery services like DoorDash.
