- TCTony ConcilioJul 24, 20251.0Does not provide after hour emergency care & was told we'd have to drive to Valdosta. What vet doesnt care about their patients enough to provide after hour care. I would think a veterinary clinic would think our pets are family members just like we do. Our dog was very sick & having a stroke but could not get care. Other vets in this town do but we've been using this vet for 50yrs & idk when they stopped having after hour emergency care but that's when they quit caring about our pets! Im sure between the Dr's taking turns on call they wouldn't be spending that much time after hours. Very upset & disappointed!
- KBKwanesia BassJul 1, 20251.0We had an emergency with our dog and called Dockery, Mobley, and Associates Animal Hospital yesterday. They told us we could do a drop-off first thing this morning. We rearranged our schedules and took off work to make it happen. When we arrived, the front desk told us they had spoken to me that morning (they hadn’t), and then casually said there were no appointments available—despite me receiving a text reminder for the drop-off. The explanation? “Oh, the person who scheduled it was probably the girl we fired yesterday for not following protocol five times.” What does that have to do with my dog’s emergency appointment that I made with an active employee less than 24 hours prior? If I had missed the appointment, I would’ve been charged a fee—but they canceled on us without so much as a phone call. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially for an animal hospital.
