They also have more animals available for purchase than you typically see at other stores, which is a nice bonus. That said, I do think the air quality could use some improvement—every vent in the place seems to be full of dust and hair. On a positive note, the grooming department is full of talent. My dog always comes out looking great and happy. You can really tell the groomers care about both the animals and their owners.
