I took to my local petco to exchange and was told I would have to pay the difference in the sale price I got online and the store price. Now I see why the price online is cheaper because it is old product. And I still have a couple of those flies or moths in the house. Whole experience sucked!

Their delivery is handled by DoorDash which mishandled my order causing it to unusable and she left a nasty voicemail since I was not home (they were late so I left a cooler with a note to please put it in the cooler but the Ring camera showed her reading the note and then put it ON TOP of the cooler-the food would have easily fit in it). I went into the store to explain what happened and purchase dog food since the food delivery was not safely edible. Instead of, at minimum, apologizing for the experience and inconvenience, the "manager" said "well that's doordash, you will have to talk to them" and that I can come back to the store again and return it if you want. He was more concerned about going back to playing on his phone and socializing with his co-working. Since it was an Auto Delivery purchased through the Petco site, I have not been able find a resolution.

I’m so glad to have found her for my baby boy Beau bear. She worked with him and at his pace. She’s a Godsend in the dog and grooming world! There will be no one else to ever touch my bear boy.
