I am so eternally grateful for the staff here at Banfield. It was my first time here and they made such an impact on me they will be my furever vet. From Nat, the receptionist who was so incredibly patient when my cat wouldn’t get out from under the bed and I was running late, to Hannah the amazing and compassionate vet tech. You guys made such a hard visit easy with how kind and compassionate you are. They are incredibly transparent when it comes to price, and are incredibly thorough with the exam. You can tell these people really do care about the animals they are taking care of. Thank you to the Doc who was there today as well. You all were amazing. Thank you for what you do. Anchovy says thank you as well.

I'm not happy with Dr. Eskander at this point. He told me my dog needed to be on a liver diet because his ALT was high and put him on the liver diet well it made him sick we went to the emergency vet and had alot of test done and I had these records sent over to him but he never took the time to actually review them told me that he just needed to stay on that diet well had to take him back to the Emergency vet and got more test as of now both of the emergency vets i took him to said his liver is fine it's the wrong food and more test should have been done before determining it was his liver and changing his diet. And I was told he would be calling me back twice in two weeks after I called and I still am yet to hear from him. So I will not be going back after almost 3 years.
This is a follow-up. I went in today and I was met with the coldest, heartless woman. Instead of asking how my pet is showing any concern or empathy, she wanted to prove me wrong. That they didnt still owed me A heartwarm and flea medicine.
Very heartless blank stare. No, concern and no empathy when I told her my pet almost died because of the lack of concern from this office. And she just confirmed it. I strongly recommend no one bring their pet to this place.
They don't care about your pet.All they care about is money. I mean, had she showed a little bit of compassion or asked to discuss the situation with me in private, instead of staring daggers at me with those cold blank heartless eyes like she was just the most cocky person in the world and thought She knew best.I believe this is the same person that I had a problem with before over a medication, when I was speaking with her over the phone .But i'm not good with names because I just don't hear well, but yeah, I totally do not recommend this place.Stay as far away as you possibly can.It may save you money at first. But if you care about your pet's life, I'd run.

STAY FAR AWAY
these people play all the same dirty games as any other shady business, and what's worse they use your pet as an emotional weapon ... They will hype your fear, sell you a health plan, and then the very next thing you need isn't covered by the plan at all
don't let the slick office and staff fool you, they're no better than used car salesmen in snakeskin boots...Keep your pet and your wallet away from them

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
