- TDThomas Dalton-HoffmanFeb 18, 20261.0Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Assistant gave me a pay slip, opened the door, told me to go to the front, pay and come back in 10 minutes. I started walking to the front to pay, made it all the way past the check in area, when the check in worker said “SIR where are you going?!? Come back.” She looked over to all the other workers and they said to come back and wait for my dog. They’re all laughing and making feel stupid and embarrassed when it was the assistant who gave me stupid instructions. Usually go to Lee Vista and Altamonte Springs location (where the staff is friendly and professional), but Winter Park was the only one that had availability for the day. Will never be returning to this location again.
