You are only given a couple of days to drive and pick it up. Then when you get there you have to find someone to unlock the cage. Then you have to show your order number. It took twice as long than if I just walked in the door, at my own convenience, and bought the dog food. I see no benefit to ordering online then picking up at the store. Amazon delivers for free!
