I have a very high energy Yorkie mutt named Finnegan. Our friends at Banfield always take their time with him and love on him as if he's their very own pup. Cannot say enough great things about this organization!

Every time we go there, it is always a great experience. The office manager went above and beyond on Saturday, November 8th to help us with booking an appointment for our two week old puppy that had an issue and we were very concerned. She got us it right away and personally took the puppy to see the vet. It was a wonderful.

The receptionist, Faith, was calm and cool facing the onslaught of people and pets attempting to check in, pick up and others just wanting information. Our nurse, Jennifer, did well juggling the files and needs of two dogs' annual visit. The nurse who did the blood pull, Kirsten, was fearless when presented with our less than accommodating younger dog. Dr Salinas was efficient and effective to get both dogs an examination and their routine shots. Dr Salinas also came back to discuss blood abnormalities. Dr Salinas calmed our fears and recommended minor dietary supplements to get them back on track. Great annual check up for the fur babies!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care my dog received at Banfield Pet Hospital in Winter Garden, Florida. I took him in because he was limping from a visible issue with his paw. It was very clear that the problem was not bone-related, yet the staff insisted on performing an X-ray and required me to upgrade my monthly plan from $63 to $90 to cover it. After the visit, his condition was significantly worse. His paw was returned to me more swollen than before, with a large blood blister that later started bleeding. He was clearly in pain, yet no one cleaned or properly treated the wound. There was no bandage, no wound care, just medication. This shows a serious lack of professional care and responsibility. I paid more for a service that not only failed to help but caused additional suffering to my pet. This is unacceptable. I expect Banfield to take accountability for this poor and negligent service, review the case carefully, and reverse the unnecessary plan upgrade. What happened to my dog was not an accident, it was careless handling and poor judgment. A veterinary hospital should prioritize animal well-being, not unnecessary charges and procedures. They said they would get in touch, yet they never responded, not even to the message I sent to the company’s official complaint center. It has now been roughly 15 days since the incident and well over a week since they promised that “a team member would reach out within 3 to 5 business days.” No one has followed up, no one has taken responsibility, and there has been absolutely no sign of concern for our dog’s well-being. This level of neglect and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable, especially from a company that deals with animals and customer trust. It reflects a serious disregard for both the customer and the basic duty of care required by law. This has been, without a doubt, the most disappointing and unprofessional experience we have ever had.

The service at this location was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a veterinarian. I scheduled a preventative care appointment for my dog a week in advance for 10:30 AM. Upon arrival, I was told I had to drop him off because the doctor had “sick patients” that took priority, and that they would call me once my dog was ready for pickup. After waiting until 1:30 PM, I discovered that the doctor never administered the vaccinations I had specifically requested. To make matters worse, the nurse tried to claim that I dropped my dog off at noon—which was completely untrue. When I asked for my dog back, they showed no concern or accountability for the three hours my dog spent sitting in a cage, and they offered no apology or solution. I then went online to reschedule for the next day as an in-room appointment to ensure the vaccinations included in my dog’s wellness plan would be administered. Moments later, I received a call stating that the doctor refused to provide the vaccines unless I agreed to pay for an allergy shot first. This is absolutely unacceptable. I pay for a monthly wellness plan that covers my dog’s preventative care, yet the doctor refused to perform the services I’m already paying for. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone who values proper care and professionalism
