  Great Experience! I want to especially recognize Dr. Megan Joyce for her professionalism and care. She saw my dog the same day while I was out of town, which was incredibly reassuring. Dr. Joyce was thorough, compassionate, and clearly very knowledgeable, and I felt confident my dog was in excellent hands. The clinic was also very clean and well-run. I’m truly grateful for the level of care and would absolutely recommend this practice, especially Dr. Joyce.

  We have been to Golden Heart on more than one occasion as visitors to FL. The vets and techs we have met are knowledgeable and competent, and treated our dog with care. Whether she was seen for a more serious problem or to get her nails clipped, we were very comfortable with their expertise and highly recommend them.

  They are truly the best! My friend recommended them to me after I had a couple not so great experiences at another vet and this is exactly what I was looking for! They were able to get my one dog in next day on a Sunday when he was having some bad allergies and Dr. Joyce was so kind and thorough with us. She took the time to listen and alleviate all my concerns and come up with a plan that we both felt really good about. Every single technician has been amazing whether it’s speaking with someone to get an appointment on the books or them coming in to take vitals they are all so compassionate, thorough and professional and you can really tell they love animals and genuinely care. Dr. Parker was the nicest and warmest person, she was so kind and easy to talk to and really took her time even for a routine visit. I am so happy with my experience with them and know that my dogs are in such good hands with absolutely anyone that works there!

  Shay, Shakira and Dr. D’Ambrose were so incredible. We were on our way to an emergency vet and there was a 4 hour wait so we called and turned around right away when they said they’d see us. They are not our normal vet but we’ll be making a switch! They listened to us when we called freaking out, they saw us right away and they spent a significant amount of time with us listening, discussing, building a relationship and taking care of my kitty. Thank you!!!

  Golden Heart Veterinary Clinic in Windermere has been nothing short of extraordinary for our family. We’ve been bringing our three American Alsatians here for a few years now, and the level of care, compassion, and professionalism we receive every single visit is truly unmatched. Large-breed dogs can be a handful, but the entire Golden Heart team treats each of our pups with patience, confidence, and genuine love. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure we’re always comfortable with every part of their care. Whether it’s routine checkups, vaccinations, unexpected concerns, or general wellness guidance, they consistently go above and beyond. The veterinarians are exceptionally knowledgeable, the staff is warm and attentive, and the clinic itself is spotless and welcoming. It’s rare to find a veterinary practice that blends medical expertise with such authentic kindness — but Golden Heart does just that. I highly recommend them!
