- EHEbbie HenryJul 17, 20251.0I was charged over $100 for prescriptions that this place DOES NOT HAVE! I requested a refund and I still have not been refunded! Furthermore, although I attended every appointment that was timely scheduled, my dog was not vaccinated accordingly as they forgot to get her the correct vaccinations and they even gave my other dog the wrong vaccination! Then the doctor on schedule for 7/10/25 was verbally abuse: every other word he said to me was "bloody". He tried shaming me and my babies and advising that my petite dog breed to gain weight and to feed them highly processed foods after I informed him that they are thriving on a natural diet.
