  Always feel like I’m bothering the employees at this store, whether that’s with assistance in the reptile section or at check-out. No customer service to speak of, never greeted, acknowledged, or assisted with any sort of pleasantness. A bit disappointing but it’s the closest pet store option for us. Bummer.

  I’m down to one dog and my rewards expire before I can use them. Not happy they expire too soon. Should be good indefinitely for the prices you charge.

  Wonderful experience every time! The vet staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the animals they treat. They always take the time to answer my questions and make sure my dog is comfortable. I highly recommend them!

  This was a very poor experience overall. The only positive part of my visit was AJ, who was helpful and made a great first impression earlier in the day. When I returned to purchase my bearded dragon, the service completely went downhill. The two employees in pet care were unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. The younger female employee did not appear knowledgeable about animal care and was completely unhelpful—after I showed her a photo of my enclosure and asked if anything was missing, she responded “oh cool” and walked away. The older male employee ( I believe his name was Chris) was rude and impatient. When there was a brief delay, he told me to “hurry up” because he couldn’t keep opening and closing the enclosure, claiming it was stressing the animals (may I remind you all he only opened the enclosure 1 time prior to this statement). While I understand the concern, his tone was unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful. There was no reason to speak to a customer that way. I also have serious concerns about the condition of the animals at this location, as several did not appear healthy. I left feeling rushed, unwelcome, and judged—as if I was being accused of neglect rather than being helped as a customer trying to properly care for a pet. This location clearly needs better staff training in both animal care and basic customer service. I would not recommend purchasing animals from here or expect help in knowing knowledge about their animals. Petsmart in The grove plaza saved my bearded dragons life and helped with my missing stuff in my enclosure!

  Our experience at Petco Immunization Clinic was bad. We had an appointment this Sunday March 15 at 3.40pm, we arrived with our dog at 3.35pm, they were very busy. At 4.05pm I asked the only person at the reception why they are taking dogs that came after us, her response was you are late! I called you dog but nobody answer. My wife, daughter and I were there, she did not call our dog's name, in fact she never called any dog! Addendum 03-23-2025. Petco did the right thing scheduling us again for next Sunday (March 22). We had a completely different experience. Everybody treated us with respect showing they did care for our business and the health of our dog. We even had a call from a Petco executive. We changed the rating because of all this.
