They don’t have a muzzle and aren’t experienced enough to do the job. I had to stop my manicure/pedicure appointment to pick her back up! Total service failure, I’ve taken her to the Petco in West Palm Beach and had No issues. They handled her just fine.

Early call day of appointment my groomer called out sick, they can’t fit me into the schedule because they all book. Then proceeded to offer me another day. You don’t know what I had to go through to make that appointment smh . I ask can I get sent to another location no. Smh. As a business thing happens yes. But as well customers comes first in the same token. There should be 30min slot open in between appointments for situations like this. I’m so disappointed. This was going to be my first time there and was recommended by a friend I tel you this much I won’t be booking again.
