- CCColleen ClineFeb 15, 20261.0I shop here for my pets food BUT I decided to try the grooming service so I scheduled an appt. When I picked up my dog I could tell immediately something was wrong. She was withdrawn, tail between her legs, no eye contact with me - which is completely the opposite of her normal behavior. I asked for the groomer and she was out for lunch. I called to speak with her ( when I first met here when I dropped her off - was stand offish and seemed irritated) when she called me back she was absolutely rude! I could tell I wouldn't get any answers from her. For the next 2 days my dog hid under the couch and when she came out she wouldn't eat, would relieve herself with ears down and tail tucked and still would not come to me, I called the vet and described in detail what was going on and we both agreed that something traumatic happened to her at the gooming appt. The vet was more concerned than the groomer or this location! I stopped in and shared the experience with the manager - his comment: 'well we have this glass wall so I dont know but thanks for telling me.' No sir, when I picked her up she was in the back in a kennel and you cant see in there..... so theres that. He made - 0- attempt to look in to the matter /follow up with me or to check cameras.... Please don;t take your pet there for grooming! Also wanted to mention that I paid for extra services - none of which were completed, and yet no mention of that.......not worth it!

They claimed my dog tried to bite them, we’ve been going for months never had an issue before and were told she wasn’t allowed back. Then when I called they said they never said that and I could go back after a break, that maybe she had a bad day. We were never told about any past issues. She’s also been cut on her face by a groomer as well with clippers. If you HAVE to bring your pet here please ask for Frankie!! He’s phenomenal and was so good with my baby!!

I have needed some items here from time to time so it's mostly worked out for me. If the prices were more competitive I would shop here more often. I have 8 pets every $ counts!
