  Great store! Well stocked, clean and the staff was really helpful. I needed advice about a natural, track free kitty litter. They were able to show me a couple of choices and the price was pretty reasonable.

  Very very upset at this store. Have tried twice to have my lil baby groomed. And was turned down twice. This last time because of her age , supposedly. lol what a joke that they do it feel save because of her age. WOW and also due to the fact that she has some lumps on her tummy. How sad will take my business some where else. Very poor customer service and staff

  Wonderful experience today. Used the grooming service for the first time for my Penny Anne and they did a wonder job on her. She was a bit nervous and shy, it being awhile since we have taken to her a professional instead of “at home spa day”. The groomer not only made her feel safe but put me at ease, knowing I was leaving her in good hands. Her coat was shinning in the sun afterwards.

  I'm tired of coming here & having to wait an unreasonable amount of time for the fish department. Today was my limit. I asked 3 different people 5 minutes apart for help in the fish department. Waited a total of 20+ minutes & left! There were other people waiting too who also asked for help. There's really no excuse for that kind of wait with no explanation.

  This store really needs to vet the cashiers they hire. I come into this store once in a blue moon when I visit my in laws in town. I let it slide with just a phone call to corporate last time, but this time I’m going to leave it for people to see. During my last visit, I overheard an employee (I think her name was Beth?) loudly referring to POC with blatant racial slurs. Fortunately that employee seems to no longer be with them. This time, I overheard a different cashier (Tammy? Tara?) refer to living in Vero Beach as a “prison sentence” and was asking people when “their sentence was up”. Now, I’m a native Floridian that left because I do not love it here, but there is a time and a place to complain. And there are certainly better ways to go about expressing your displeasure about where you live. On the clock, at work, in a customer service position is not the time nor place. I could tell other customers were also upset by the statements made by this grown woman. I also know from my wife’s parents that this isn’t nearly the first time this cashier has made customers uncomfortable. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because my in-laws bring their fur babies here for grooming and the girls in the salon are so wonderful with their rambunctious doodles (truly some doodle whisperers, all of them!). They always leave smelling and looking good, not to mention happy and loved! I can say at least those girls love their jobs and are meant to be there. I truly hope management takes a good look at things and makes this right. It’s a shame to see just a couple of employees ruin the reputation of the store.
