  Dr. Herman and his current staff (John and Carrie) are amazing. I can always get an appointment quickly. He has solved my cat's stomach issues within a few minutes of an appointment and two other vets blamed her food or allergies. They also gave advice for when we intergrated my wife's cat. My cat is a very stubborn cat. She now lets them do the injections and others without fighting back and he respects her aggression limit. We also got a mostly blind and deaf dog they treat so well and he even came back from his house to look at him since we were leaving town the day we got him. He told us the pros and cons of being a senior dog and with the problems he had. Shaggy: Long Story: Thanks the the BP owner in Lakewood Park, she posted and found the original owner who gave up him up to us after the day went by. We came back from close to Orlando to get him and she told us his story. We called and told the office and John/Carrie got him and he told us he would meet us there. He took a very long time looking and treating him. After he told us that Shaggy needed a detailed cleaning and he would do pre tests to make sure he was okay. He explained how taking an elder dog was noble and be aware he may have a short time and long time. We decided to keep him and still no regrets. He did the cleaning. He also addressed the bump on his head. After a while, the bump became infected and he went over the warnings of giving him light medications. We did it and he is recovering great. The lady who gave him up wanted him back, so the vet office gave me advice and what she was required to do. We no longer hear from her. Overall, great doctor and staff. We have been using him for 10 plus years. I am always happy with their service and recommendations.

  Cant say enough good things. Traveling with my elderly dog called Pet Medical they got me in next day ( should be noted. They offered me same day appointment but I had not yet arrived to town.) All staff great! Dr Herman saw us quickly, gave dog thorough exam, blood work ect ,diagnosis and treatment. They made several followup calls to see how my dog was doing and went above and beyond getting me med refills. Super super people. Highly recommend

  I can’t say enough good things about the Dr. and team at Pet Medical. Dr Herman has been with both of my dogs since day 1 at 8 weeks old and before that many years with my husbands family dogs. A skilled Dr. and surgeon with honest care. His entire staff are all amazing. Kerrie should get an award in customer service, she’s never frazzled and has impeccable follow through. They all truly care for animals and treat my pups like family. I have high needs dogs, or maybe more so my hyper vigilance, either way they hear me out and get me in more often than not the same day. Even if it’s just to check on something to ease my worries. I feel taken care of here and makes you remember the small town community feel this town boasts.

  Love Doc and the whole staff at Pet Medical Ctr. always take care of my fur babies needs and explain everything needed in detail. Very caring of Cody my pup and reassuring (if necessary to me)
