  Riley, our four month old cocker spaniel, had his very first grooming at Petco. He looks fantastic and had a great time. Being a puppy I had a lot of special requests and they took care of all of them. Thank you Shannon and team for a great experience!

  We have been coming to this petco for over a decade. Several managers later, we experienced our first set of problems. We left today after our grooming appointment went without our dog's leash. We have a really nice double harnessed leash with a dog poop bag and a light on it- it's very specific and it was given to another customer, and now they can't seem to retrieve it. How someone else could take a leash that doesn't belong to them is beyond me.But our leash was given away to a stranger. We got upset about this confusion and they accused us of having problems and kicked us out of the store without the leash. The whole situation is a disaster.And we still don't have our dogs leash. I reached out and filed a complaint with corporate. We still don't have our leash. The grooming manager was so rude. Update: Leash found. No apologies made. Apparently the customer lives an hour away.But they will not be able to return it until tomorrow. And so we wait. It was such an embarrassing situation today.

  I called to get a price on getting our kitten spayed but the vet told me that I would have to pay $79 to get the kitten established as a patient before she could give me a price . What a racket .
