Today I had to call with an emergency. Dayana answer and look for all the available options to see my dog in less than 2 hours. She called another Banfield and they were able to get me in. Thanks Dayana!! We need more people like you!

I’d honestly give them some negative stars if I could. I brought TWO cats in there. A kitten I found in a bush, and my life long companion within a week and a half of each other. BOTH of them were misdiagnosed for something simpler and easy to send away. Both crossed the rainbow bridge. Go to any other vet. Brought my cat there Sunday for a follow up and she was gone Monday afternoon. But yet she was “doing good” okay.

If you care about your pets, do NOT bring them here!! We had to bring 2 cats here in one week. They were both misdiagnosed and subsequently had to put them to sleep. They did not take x- rays which would’ve found the problem
One was diagnosed with a lung infection, when it turned out he had a hole in his diaphragm
The other was diagnosed with nothing, except to by liver food. His bladder was ripped.
Thank God, we took them somewhere else that found the problem , unfortunately there was nothing we could do for them.
My family is heartbroken. This place should be put out of business.

Had to put our Cornish Rex Edgar down after 14 years. Jen and Diane were very understanding and compassionate. Dr. Marsh made a horrible day a little more tolerable. We are still dealing with our loss but Edgar went painlessly. He’s up in heaven with all his brothers and sisters. Thank you again for helping us through. Great Job.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
