Dr. Marsh is great and never minds answering our questions and giving us good info. Only rated 4 stars because appointments don't start on time and we were quoted a price lower than what the actual price was, despite asking clarifying questions when booking the appointment.

Checking out tends to take too long as they never have enough help especially during the most busiest of times. And getting someone to be able to talk to on the phone is almost impossible. Long long wait times.

I received appropriate time and attention as I described my pet’s illness, and what I would describe as meticulous attention to the physical examination of my pet. All treatment as well as cost options were thoroughly explained. Friendly, thoughtful, and compassionate is my description of my experience. I thought the price points were somewhat high, however, offset by the level of service and professionalism from appointment, to examination to treatment. My cat, Calvin, is so much better!
- TOTy OApr 16, 20262.0With this being my 1st cat and not knowing anything about animal doctors I feel like ladies at the front desk should be more accommodating and friendly to you. 1st time coming in two ladies were at the desk looking at their computer and not one greeted me standing the with a terrified cat in my arms. A simple “ I”ll be right with you.” Goes a long way. Same thing happened my 2nd time coming. Lady was writing on her note pad didn’t greet me or anything until she find writing on the note pad. Also the last visit I had they never return my cats collar but they put a bandanna on him. I have yet to call them about it.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
