- BWBilly WenckFeb 6, 20265.0Dr. Hernandez and his excellent staff really went above and beyond in comforting us when it was time to have our dog put down . After a life well lived at 12yrs. old she looked at us with tired eyes as if to say she was ready . The compassion and professionalism they had for us during the short discussion was well presented to us . Cocoa loved EVERYONE and I'm sure that she made some new friends that Saturday morning . I'm a firm believer that folk's like Dr. Hernandez and the ladies that helped make Cocoa's transition happen , have a place in heaven for the work and compassion that they give to all the animals they touch every day . I can only imagine what it would be like when they visit " The Rainbow bridge " .You are loved by all .

The staff were attentive, gave us all the information we needed to make informed decisions, and took great care of him during his overnight stay.

I was just a lot little confused and thought they could have been a little more specific than what they were. They suggested Putting down my pet, but I was not pleased to hear that.

We were visiting family in a nearby town, and were so thankful to find that Trenton had an emergency vet that was open on Sunday. We made the 1hr+ drive, and the team at Tricounty took him straight back when we arrived. Our little guy received excellent care and we were in and out in no time.
