  The staff is always helpful and never have long lines. I can usually find what I need. And always the best experience at Vetco. They are awesome.

  DO NOT GROOM YOUR DOG AT PETCO. This was the first time I was bringing my dog to get groomed there. When I walked in, I was completely ignored.As I stood at the desk, waiting for somebody to greet us. I could see two of the groomers, yapping away with no dogs not doing anything.And totally ignored me as i'm standing there, staring at them, waiting for somebody to go to come help me. They looked really irritated too like mad that they were there. Once my groomer came over, I got no greeting, no.Hello, no nice to meet you,no my name is...nothing looked mad to be there. I really did actually wanna walk out.But I was desperate since they had canceled my original appointment a week and a half earlier. I asked the groomer, if everything was okay and still again.No emotion, no smile, no nothing.I felt completely uncomfortable. I asked that she not shave my poodle's tail because it was a long and beautiful.I confirmed with her before I left that he was not mad at and did not need to be shaved. I will never step foot in that petco again and honestly, i'm not gonna let my dog be groomed at any petco. That groomer did something to my dog. He hasn't been the same since. He's headed to vet and I promise I'm going to sue

  Staff totally ignored us. Came in to buy a new tank after just buying a brand new tank last week. And also a snake, the woman seemed more interested in finishing her sidewalk, so she could leave. There were literally 3 employees standing in a circle. Aroun.\nD the counter that she was pulling crickets from or something.Obviously didn't want my money.Do not recommend this place
