  Love looking at the little hamsters and lizards Do they breed them ethically? Not sure. But I definitely see an improvement in their policies in the last few years! Signs recommending proper care and refusal to sell to young children.

  Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable about care of animal. Would have like a better history of care of animal, and more specific about history/care of species.

  The staff is wonderful at the Titusville location. We take our puppy to the training courses at this locate. The trainer Bugzy is wonderful! She is great with the dogs! She goes above and beyond when questions arise with our puppies. Bugzy went out of her way to research additional info to help us break unwanted puppy habits.

  Having taken my dog to the Petco here in Titusville for years as they are right around the corner, I was dissapointed to find that they would no longer provide grooming services due to his age. He is a very healthy 14 this year and despite my having provided a doctor's note (at their request) from his vet stating in her professional opinion that my dog is healthy with only a 'low grade' heart murmur (rated at a '2'), we were refused service. I was told that they would not provide service to any canine if it had a heart murmur rating above a 1. It should be noted that were had to cancel his previous appointment in order to get the vet approval and this numbering stipulation was not provided at that time. Suffice to say that a week later, despite the Vet's note being provided, I was then asked to wait (which I did patiently) while the associate proceeded to CALL the vet to verify the information I had provided. Again, I have taken my dog to this location for years and he is well-behaved basset hound who literally only gets a bath and has his nails trimmed. If you're still with me, I will end my tale by stating that the Grooming dept manager confirmed the refusal of service stating that because my dog is older she did not feel their business could properly take care of him or help him if there were any issues. This location does have a vet on site. I'm not sure if it's just that they were short-handed or simply didn't want to work or if the murmur rating is real where they refuse anything above a rating of 1. Regardless just be aware that at this location your animal may be refused service due to it's age despite having the professional approval of your veterinarian.
