Either they call to say they can’t do it, they need to reschedule, or they blame it on the online system. This time, my appointment was at 2:30, and they called saying they wouldn’t have enough time to groom my dog. My dog is a Labradoodle, then they should not make it available online very frustrating Then when I tell the lady who answer the phone don’t worry about it I’ll take her somewhere else she says okay and hangs up the phone not even an apology. It’s extremely inconvenient to schedule an appointment, plan your day around it, and then receive a call asking to reschedule for a different day that doesn’t even work for you. At this point, it just feels unprofessional and very frustrating. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.
