  Very friendly service, the associates were so patient with our autistic son. Prices were great and they even priced matched with online prices with their app. Thank you Petco for making our first and second visit easy and affordable!

  I ordered online for in store pickup. This gives me a discount. When I arrived at your store, I was told one item, freeze dried dog food wasn’t available. It was cancelled off my order but I was still charged. I found the item in the store. The clerk said they were out of frozen food. But I hadn’t ordered frozen food. So I had to buy the item which was in the store and tie up my funds from the online order. The clerk couldn’t pull up my order to verify and I didn’t have the order on my phone so I couldn’t verify. But when I got home I pulled up the order and it definitely was for freeze dried food not frozen. It would be nice to hear from management.

  Terrible Customer Service. I made an appt for my 2 dogs for bath and nail buffing on one of them. When I checked in, when I was about to sign for the services on one of them, I let the lady know that I only wanted a bath and a nail buff, to please not to the shedding treatment this time, she replied "IT HAD TO BE DONE", I acknowledged my dog does shed, but that at this time I only needed the bath and nail buff, she insisted and if the shedding treatment was not done I had to still do a 15 min brush (meaning pay extra), I politely asked again, I'm fine just the bath and nail buff but she still insisted, so I grabbed my dogs and left. I live 40 mins away from this location and I only drove this far because I've been a long time Petco customer and my dogs ever since they were puppies, have been groomed at Petco (not at this location). Another issue I have with this location and Clermont as well is that they make appts that you don't ask for and if you don't show or cancel, they block you from making appts online and you have to call, mind you these are appts I didn't make. The one's I've made I've rescheduled or canceled with plenty of time, cause god forbids something would come up and I'm forced to reschedule or cancel an appt.
