- COCindy OhannessianJan 28, 20264.0The staff was nice and treated my dogs well. There was some confusion between the check-in girl and the vaccine clinicians. The clinicians wanted her to move faster checking us in, but she was explaining the procedure and pricing to us. I think to avoid the back-up of customers and to move it along faster, there needs to be another check-in person or schedule the appointment times farther apart. I think the appointment times were 5 minutes apart which is not enough time for the employee to do her job.
