After walking to the front of the store and attempting to explain that vetco corp told me to come to the store for the meds, jade (person who was rude) and the front store associate both agreed whatever I was told was inaccurate and I could not receive my pets meds THAT WERE PRESCRIBED AT THE SAME LOCATION and that I would need to make an appointment and pay for ANOTHER exam???!!! I had drug my young child through this and wasted more than 90minutes in the midst of a really busy day to go get these meds and literally no one could be bothered to help figure it out instead they just told me to leave-wow super awesome! Not to mention the experience the first time was horrendous! People and animals everywhere took over 2 hours with an appointment to get annual shots, not worth it honestly.
