  I’m honestly really upset about my experience with Jennifer at Petco. When I picked up my dog, I immediately noticed multiple areas of redness, raw skin, and what look like burns on his body that were NOT there before his appointment. This is completely unacceptable. My dog went in healthy and came out hurt. There’s no reason a basic grooming appointment should leave a dog with injuries like this. It’s really concerning and shows a lack of care. I’m going to be taking him to the vet to get this checked out and will be following up about what happened. I also have photos documenting everything. I strongly recommend people double check their pets after grooming here. I trusted them with my dog’s safety, and now I’m dealing with the aftermath of this.

  I have come to this location 4 times to have my dogs nails trimmed on a Sunday. I work m-fr and sat and Sunday are the only days I have time to bring my dog in. Online, it says nail trimming is a walk-in service. You cannot book time unless you want a bath and trim. So you come all the way to the store with your dog to be told they cannot do the service. There is never enough grooming people staffed to provide a good customer experience. The groomers act like they are over worked and stressed out. The management of this place sucks. I’ll never shop here, or bring my dog here ever again. Don’t waste your time.
