- SSS SApr 20, 20215.0As a longtime customer (creature of habit) with another groomer, whom I only left because the hours conflicted with my new work schedule, I was very apprehensive about trying a new place. Customer service, quality care for my fur baby and cost are very important to me. I was pleasantly surprised with the timeliness of the appointment, and actual services provided. I’ve tried other locations in the past, who are running way behind; over booked, not clean or more focused on money then providing great service. James was phenomenal from drop off to pick up. We talked about what I wanted when I dropped Sassy off and when I picked her up....he exceeded my expectations! Not a shave burn, or hair out of place!! And she was cut to the trim I actually wanted!! On top of that, Sassy did not have any anxiety when I picked her up!! I do think they are a little pricey, however, knowing my baby is well taken care of, I will not complain too much🤣 I highly recommend Woof Gang and James! Looking forward to our next visit!!
