The cut was fantastic and precise but because of other reasons( no grass for my dogs to eliminate themselves before entering for long day of grooming) I’m not able to groom there. However, despite the fact I’m only purchasing food and treats for my dogs there now, Ty remembers my name, my dogs names and helps me with a 30 pound bag of food to my car every time without asking for assistance. Ty is a exceptional employee who seems to love working there and loves the pets too!
