Came for a vaccine for my pup and the process was super smooth and took 5 minutes and everyone was super friendly.

I went to a different Vetco prior but since moving it was more convenient to go to this location. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get a check up on my dogs ear. They waited to the day before to call me and let me know they couldn’t do the check up. They informed me I would have to go back to the original location or run a whole new report. This makes me believe the Vets here are not qualified to do their jobs. Simply asking them to read the prior report and look in my dogs ear was asking too much. Vets typically cost an arm and leg but this one pouches for money. I rather go somewhere with certified Vets and better customer service before I spend another dime on someone who isn’t even willing to read a report.
