- BWBeth Wilson5 days ago1.0Horrible Experience! Dr. Andy Leung was arrogant, condescending, abrasive, & provided no real insight or solutions for the problem we faced with our cat. For my office visit fee of $85, he didn’t even examine her-just lectured me. Picture this: I’m standing in the reception area waiting to check out after this fiasco while another disgruntled customer is ranting, & Dr. Leung’s assistant shoves a bag of diet food in my arms informing me they were out of measuring cups. I left with exactly the same knowledge of how to my cat as I had when I arrived. I still have no clue how many times to feed her a day, but I don’t want to be made to feel stupid when I ask. Finding a new vet today!

Larissa at the front desk is incredible. She gave me guidance told me the type of food. The doctor ordered. Did everything possible to help me the vet was great as where the technicians highly recommend. Thank you for helping me.

On April 26th, I was told my kitten was fine, even though another clinic later identified serious issues — eosinophilic granuloma complex and plasma cell pododermatitis. Obvious signs were missed, and my kitten could have avoided suffering, and treatment could have started sooner if the problem had been identified earlier. I do not recommend this clinic if you want thorough diagnostics and attentive care for your pet.
