They showed complete caring and and went out of their way more than most to help my dog nina! From the receptionist who checked us in, to the assistance, and to the doctor who checked my dog, I want to say thank you with all my heart! They went out of their way to explain everything, prescribed medication that would help my dog and it has and did everything possible to make me feel at ease, cuz I must say I was really in a panic mode! When I was done leaving there they actually did a follow-up call to see how Nina was doing, which again to me is good customer service, and most of all they showed that they really care! I will recommend this location which I have already to everyone I know because of the exceptional service I got, and this will be my veterinarian forever! Thank you to all of the staff who helped me get through this with my dog Nina!
- BWBeth WilsonNov 19, 20251.0Horrible Experience! Dr. Andy Leung was arrogant, condescending, abrasive, & provided no real insight or solutions for the problem we faced with our cat. For my office visit fee of $85, he didn’t even examine her-just lectured me. Picture this: I’m standing in the reception area waiting to check out after this fiasco while another disgruntled customer is ranting, & Dr. Leung’s assistant shoves a bag of diet food in my arms informing me they were out of measuring cups. I left with exactly the same knowledge of how to my cat as I had when I arrived. I still have no clue how many times to feed her a day, but I don’t want to be made to feel stupid when I ask. Finding a new vet today!
