  Took my elderly dog here after a specific groomer agreed to take him fully knowing his age (15). They did everything grooming-wise except clip his nails, which I understood, because he was too stressed. I just called back to make another appointment to find out that he'd been "referred out" without my knowledge or any explanation when I'd picked him up from the first appointment. I've had him groomed with the same mobile groomer for years and never had this issue, I was just trying to find a more affordable alternative. I'm very disappointed with the false hope, this is not the place for elderly dogs.

  Don’t go here, I was told I could have a 9am appointment & they scheduled 3 of us at the same time. & waited for us to volunteer to cancel ours until they could take someone. I will not be back here I supply go to the vet here to o& won’t be back for that either. Use you local small businesses these people don’t care or respect peoples times I missed my own doctors appointment I have been waiting a month for due to their incompetence.

  Grooming - didn’t ask all questions prior to booking appointment. Then lied saying they did. Waste of time and money. Don’t get dogs groomed here.

  If I can give negative infinity stars I would . Don’t ever take your pets to the vet here . The staff are rude and don’t listen to concerns. My cat clearly had an infection listed on his report of two different bacterias and they refused to treat with antibiotics or give me real clinical reasoning of not doing so especially since this was a urine result straight from his bladder. No offer of other resolutions other than to change is diet to resolve the crystal formations in his bladder . Which I completely understood but he still has bacteria on the cytology report along with the blood in the urine . I get every vet is going to treat differently but to just to write it off saying the bacteria was not warrant for treatment was crazy to me . Not to mention the staff barely acknowledge you when you check in , waiting over 40 minutes in the room from the time of my schedule appointment and then the rude short answers to your questions and concerns about your fur baby is insane . I can tell these are not passionate people here and it shows in their care and attitude. FIRE THEM ALL. Not to mention the vet hospital staff said their staff was rude when they called to get my records and they was bad mouthing me on the phone !!!! HOW VERY PROFESSIONAL!?!?? Then PETCO staff member called me while I was on the way to the new veterinary facility to claim they care about my cat and ask me the stupid question as to why I’m going somewhere else to seek care . Then cop an attitude with me when I explained my cat hasn’t peed and I was concerned of blockage and also the bacteria on the report they wasn’t concerned about. In the first place. I absolutely wish I could get my money back and I WILL NOT be bringing my cat or dog here again !
