    Jerk hut has one of the best lunch buffets around if you want something delicious and out of the ordinary. Curry, jerk, bbq. It's all delicious.

    My wife scheduled an appointment with Vetco (PetCo) for 2/27 at 2:30pm because our dog had diarrhea. She also has a heart murmur, so dehydration is always something we take very seriously. The office texted earlier that day asking if she could come at 2:00pm instead. My wife said she would try. Unfortunately, rain and traffic delayed her, and she arrived at 2:10pm. The waiting room was empty and exam room doors were open, but my wife was told they could not see our dog because she was "late" for the earlier requested time and their schedule was completely full. They offered to reschedule for the next day. As a worried pet parent, that was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. My wife immediately called Banfield Pet Hospital (PetSmart). Even though they were fully booked, the receptionist kindly checked with the medical team. Within 30 seconds, he told my wife to bring our dog in. They were clearly very busy when she arrived, but you would never know it from the way she was treated. The entire team -- from the front desk to the vet tech to Dr. Gupta -- showed such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They took their time, answered her questions, and never made her feel rushed or like she was a burden. As upsetting as this experience was at Vetco, we are incredibly thankful it led us to Banfield Pet Hospital of South Tampa. They earned a new client that day. Thank you PetSmart. Shame on PetCo!

    I needed food for my reptiles and wanted to purchase a tarantula. I had the nicest lady ( can’t remember her name) assist me. She was very pleasant and also very knowledgeable about tarantulas. I purchased a red leg tarantula and absolutely love it! Thanks so much for your help!

    Overall bad experience. When someone is on hold it gets blasted on the intercom every 10 seconds that there’s someone on hold. I saw a couple people who needed help but were having issues stopping someone. Store seemed dirty and when I needed help I just got pointed directions to across the store. I got discouraged after still not finding what I needed and just left.

    I go to this place a lot what I can give a review based on the time I've been buying in the store because 3 stars was actually 0 but not all those who work there do it badly, I've been birds up to 30 minutes waiting for someone in the fish department to attend me and no one has gone to the point that I had to go to another store and it's not that it's full or busy literally 30 minutes waiting for the store completely emptied everyone in the cash register looking at their phones as if they were at home and no (WORKING) very bad service and it looks bad for the same store
