I was unable to transport all three dogs at one time so I called this location to see if I could walk in with each at separate times. I spoke to Mariah in the grooming section and she made a same day appointment for one but said I could drop off the others as I picked up the first one. This was my first time at Petco so I was impressed with the friendly reception when I walked in the store. Mariah did a fantastic job and even helped me download the app. I was treated as if my continued business was very important. If I was in a position to hire someone for my own retail business, I would do my best to have Mariah come work for me and impress my customers. I would even want her to train others in customer service. I now have three clean happy dogs and intend to tell my friends and neighbors about this place. Well done!
