My poor dog was here for 4 hours and when we got there, the groomer had already left and she was all alone. Keep in mind we were already on our way to pick her up when they called to say she was ready. The groomer left before their closing time and left her locked up. On top of that, the haircut looked hideous with lots of uneven spots. On top of me having to wait til the last dog is released out the door. After grooming. Which was well after closing. At 6:30 on Saturday the 22nd.
