Since moving from PetSmart to the Double Branch location, visits have been even better—no more tempting low-hanging treats for our pup! The entire team is loving, caring, and truly dedicated to the animals they treat. We feel very lucky to have such a long-standing relationship with them.

Went in for a microchip scanner and body bag to see if it had owners and that way I could bring it back to banfield for them to dispose of the body. No microchip was found once I came back the Asian gentlemen up front was very rude. The first interaction he did not care what so ever when explaining how I wanted to make sure this animal was owned or not so we could contact the owners. He did not look at me once ignored everything luckily there was a nice lady up front. When I brought the body in this is when he had something to say and this is what he said. “I don’t feel like taking care of that today, find someone else to take the body” I’m sorry I’m supposed to drive around with a dead 50 pound animal in my car? I am also in the vet field and we can easily take bodies like this and send them to pet angel to get taken care of. This guy has no passion and I would really avoid going at all costs. Even hearing him talk to people over the phone he was telling them all these expenses without even seeing the dog making people want to not being there animal here in general. Unprofessional, not caring, and just embarrassing as a fellow vet tech to see this kind of behavior.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
