Taking Sadie to Banfield Pet Hospital for her rabies shot and heartworm test was an exceptionally satisfying experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, friendly, and efficient, making us feel welcomed immediately upon arrival. One of the most appreciated aspects of the visit was the minimal waiting time, which helped keep Sadie calm and comfortable. The veterinary staff and technicians were professional, patient, and compassionate throughout the appointment. They took the time to thoroughly explain every procedure, test, and recommendation in clear, understandable terms, ensuring we felt informed and confident about Sadie’s care and overall health.

Service was good. I have a small dog. I have been going there for a while. They have gotten a lot busier than they were before. Hopefully they can get more help. Everyone is always nice.

I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. I brought my dog in because she had a persistent cough, and the service was disappointing. The veterinarian spent barely 5 minutes with us; he listened to her chest, mentioned she had a heart murmur, and said she needed X-rays to determine if it was a heart issue or fluid in her lungs. After delivering that alarming news, he immediately left the room.
We were left with an assistant who seemed to have very little experience. I had to pull information out of her "piece by piece," and for every question I asked, she had to leave the room to go ask the doctor.
What made the least sense was that, despite telling me X-rays were essential for a diagnosis, they tried to prescribe medication before doing any imaging. How can you medicate a pet without knowing the actual cause? To make matters worse, they pushed their "wellness plan" with a very aggressive "hard sale" approach. It felt like they were more interested in selling a subscription than diagnosing my dog's serious condition. I do not recommend this place for professional or transparent pet care.

I took my cat to Banfield and had a good overall experience. The staff was friendly and handled my pet with care, which I really appreciated. They took the time to check everything thoroughly and made sure my cat was doing well.
The costs were a bit higher than I expected, but not unreasonable for the services provided. I felt like the quality of care made it worth it in the end.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the visit and would consider coming back for future care.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! When I arrived I was in the waiting room for over an hour and a half AFTER my appointment time, I arrived half an hour early so I was there a total of two hours before being seen. They convinced me to get an expensive blood test on my cat and said they’d call me with the results, weeks have went by I never received a call and there were no results in the app. When I called they said I can see the results from the portal, that was UNTRUE, then I asked if someone was going to call me with the results (she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about) finally she comes back and says the results are normal.
I brought my other cat in for an eye infection that he’s had before, I had to drop him off and I explained he’s had this infection and I just need the medicine, they couldn’t do that so I had to pay 300$ for them to look at him and say “what medicine did you use last time?” When I told her she prescribed the same MEDICINE. This place is a scam.
this is the same place that convinced a friend of mine to get an unnecessary surgery on her dog that cost thousands of dollars and her dog almost lost an ear . DO NOT GO TO ANY BANFIELD

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
