- MBMichelle BoothMar 23, 20261.0Totally incompetent. Did not know what they were doing whatsoever. Made an appt, had to stand in line with no chairs for 40 minutes. I get to the front the girl has no clue what she is doing. Puts my dogs weight incorrectly in the system which affect the medicine. I went for heartworm test with was $60. Higher than quoted online when I made the appt. Now they won’t provide the prescription to tractor supply so I can buy the medicine. Says it takes 5 days. They are delaying it for no reason hoping I buy it from them instead. Super scam.

They denied they wrote the prescription for 2 of my animals even though I have the email copy.
