No fuss about being late for the appointment but I noticed that after 2 hours of the service being provided Mischa's hair was still wet. Maybe the service did not include drying. Setting that aside we are Petco's customer and we do everything pet related at Petco.

This was the second time that boy worked with her and she was so frightened, and she never has reacted that way. Then he tried to take her collar and tags off for a nail trim. I made him put it back on. What if some freak accident happened and she got loose with no identification on her. I don't want him to ever touch Willow again.

I dropped off my mini golden doodle (who was less than a year old at the time) at 10:00 AM and didn’t get her back until 7:00 PM. I called multiple times throughout the day because the wait seemed unusually long. When I finally picked her up, she was completely unrecognizable, to the point where I honestly thought “This is not my dog.” They had shaved the sides of her face, her stomach, and her ears. For context, she had no matting at all. To this day, she’s still terrified to go to the vet. I’m sharing this as a serious warning: do not bring your pet here.
