The lady (white) comes over with an attitude after she seen me and my family waiting I asked her could I hold the guinea pig she was like no you can’t so I asked her why she say because all yall can’t hold him I said well first of all m the only one that’s going to be holding him and I wanna see how he reacts to me she said no I said even though I wanna purchase him and I also said why would I let all them hold them not once gave. Mentioned my children holding them then she lets me rib him it’s an attitude my husband didn’t want me to get him after that which I understand why and convinced him to still let me get him hm she goes well do you have a cage and hay and stuff for him I said if I’m getting him by wouldn’t I have all his supplies if this how yall treat yall darker complexion customers I don’t wanna go back.

I noticed one of the kittens (Black and White female) throw up into her water bowl. I notified the cashier who told me she'd notify the manager. And I waited to see, they did and I promptly asked said manager when they could help the kitten (It was pretty busy at the time). And she notified me she would have to call 3rd party people who handle that, would have to come unlock the door and change water. Anyone who didn't care could have just told me that and lied assuming I wouldn't check up. But I did check up, and they were 100% honest, they did call they service team and they were changing the water as I walked back in. Despite horrors stories on the internet about Petco, I have full faith in this particular store that the animals are well kept and cared for. 5/5 Awesome people.
