My boyfriend and I came in from out of town and our dog Hannah had got cut on her foot that was pretty nasty. We took her in and the entire visit, Hannah had a smile on her face. She’s so scared of the vet and she has bad anxiety, but this visit was the exception. She wasn’t once nervous and she even left with a smile on her face. It isn’t a typical Banfield, white coat environment. It was very pleasant and Hannah says “Thank up for the treat. I’m sorry I left crumbs on your floor. “
