This "pet" hospital is a joke. Been taking my family's dogs for years & there is always an issue, miscommunication, missed diagnosis' & now at this appointment, lack of education in proper 24hour injection follow ups. They do not care if you have to scramble your whole week to accommodate THEM. Finally looking for a new Vet. Honestly don't know how they're still in business. Always never fails to disappoint a worried owner :)

Called for appointment same day and was able to get in. Was our first time so we got the first appointment discount. Worked well with my cat who is usually very timid. Prices aren’t too bad but will try to get you to buy packages with them.

Been taking my pets here for years. Love the staff. Super kind and helpful even if the plans are a little costly. There should be an option to bundle plans for multiple pets

I went here about a week ago. & left very very disappointed. I was told by one of the nurses over the phone, that I can bring my 4 month old kitty in to get his claws clipped without his vaccination. The lady, which I believe it was the African American lady, because I recognized her voice when she greeted me, literally put me on hold to get confirmation before telling me i can bring him in. I informed them that his appointment is in 2 weeks with Tally Spay, I just needed a claw trim because his claws were extremely sharp! I get there, everything was fine, until the one girl with the black hair, I would say she was in her 20’s, began to help me out after i finished the paper work. Once she found out, my kitty wasn’t vaccinated her demeanor and ATTITUDE changed as if I was an issue. She even denied me from getting my kitty’s claws clipped and I had to tell her, i was told that i could! After telling her that, she went to the back to ask the doctors but before she left she was sure they couldn’t cut his nails, that’s what she told me before she walked away. Which got me a tad bit more upset because I drove over 30 minutes to get there. She came back and said they can cut his nails, this time but next time he needs his vaccination. Okay. After his nails were cut, another nurse brought him out. Letting me know it got hectic when cutting his nails. I apologized to her, and it honestly shocked me because his nails has been cut before more then 3 times and I ALWAYS play with his paws, so he’s used to getting his paws touched. But..I digress and let it go. The lady who had the issue, came back to check me out. She also told me that “it was crazy in there, you’re probably going to have to sedate him”. Girl, bye. It was his lunch time, he was hangry my bad, I didn’t think the process was going to be LONG, because I was told it wasn’t any issue with cutting his nails. Wouldn’t come here again, if they were the last pet hospital opened if miss girl with the funky attitude is there! Yall need to work on better communication and giving out information, because if I WASN’T told by the nurse over the phone that i couldn’t bring him without his vaccination, I wouldn’t have. I understand the precautions, but don’t have a attitude and basically call my kitty crazy because of this. Have some respect, seriously
