Some of the staff are not customer service friendly. Looks mean in the face, no smile. I only enjoy talking with the doctor and her assistant when I go in the exam room. Customers service need to be arranged better and the staff needs to more about services you offer. And what’s good for your pets and so on. And be more friendly and smile and greet the customers better. And be on time with the services you giving us.
