Waxworm container - over half were frozen and mushy - i recommended checking the temp on the fridge - they looked at me like i was crazy. Said there was nothing they could do about it, but refund my money. Manager can't do anything - checkout people very unapologetic in a "oh well, tough luck" kind of way. Im so upset that I'm considering canceling my membership. Update: tried to call they number provided, but the lady had NO CLUE what I was talking about asking if I was sure I dialed the correct number. This is getting worse and worse! Gave her my name and email address so she could "verify" my account and then offered to open a ticket to file a complaint - not even located in the U.S. so she doesn't have a CLUE as to what I'm talking about!!
