I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of response to my previous emails. I have now sent a lot of emails emails, the first was sent over four weeks ago, including my Cat’s Visit Summary from VetCo, place I had to take him after visiting Banfield Pet Hospital and thanks to them he's still alive. To this day, I have not received any reply or clarification regarding the additional charges you are attempting to collect from me even when the service provided to my cat was poor, unprofessional and negligent. This situation is especially upsetting given that after my cat’s visit to your clinic, his condition worsened significantly due to the medication provided. He experienced vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, and extreme weakness but every time I called the staff just keep saying "it's a normal side effect of the medicine" and did not take care of my Cat's condition. His health declined to the point where I was nearly forced to consider euthanasia for my 17-year-old cat. Instead of addressing my concerns or reviewing the evidence I provided, I stopped receiving emails when I requested to get in touch with someone else different from Kari Binkley and/or Jennifer Massman, without any acknowledgment of the medical issues or the documentation I submitted. Kari and Jennifer were like: you can come to another appointment, you don't want to? OK! Then you owe us money! I'm right now on a dispute in order to get a refund ASAP for the visit charge of $184.23 we got on December 10th, 2025 that worsened my cat health condition and deteriorated him instead of improving (such a waste of time and money!) and a confirmation that I'm not owing the $246.25 you're saying "I'm still owing" ignoring the negligence of the staff and excusing themselves saying: "feelings are hard on this kind of situations but we provided him the correct care, there was no negligence, we know what we do so you owe us money." NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS TO BANFIELD, THEY ARE THE REAL MEANING OF "CUSTOMER CAREN'T."

I am writing regarding a billing notice I received after my 17-year-old cat’s diagnostic visit. I am extremely concerned that the medication prescribed afterward made his condition much worse. Shortly after administering the medication, he began experiencing severe vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, and extreme lethargy. Given these symptoms, it is clear the treatment was harmful rather than helpful at the point that I was about to lay him down seeing how quick his health worsened after the visit to the Banfield hospital. I have reason to suspect there may have been an error with the medication provided, as my cat’s condition deteriorated instead of improving. As a result of these adverse effects, I do not feel it is fair to ask me to pay any additional out-of-pocket costs under these circumstances. I respectfully request that a waived of charge in light of the harm caused. But however they still want me to pay for NOT TAKING CARE OF MY BABY and I don't want to be throwing my money like that for no reason. I had to take my cat somewhere else and immediately he stared recovering after that visit and the how they treated him during the appointment was VERY DIFFERENT and better than they did on Banfield. NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS LOCATION!

They left my cat for more than 7 hours there on a drop-off appointment without food and water, did not make him anything more than making him feel worst, sending incorrect medication and selling me an "Optimus Wellness" Plan. Selling and sign contracts TO PAY is upon patients wellbeing. On Wednesday, December 10th I scheduled a drop-off appointment at 10:30am for my cat because he was not eating well and he stared to see weak, the front Desk girl told me it usually takes from 1 to 2 hours so I dropped him off and they left my cat there for 7 hours and did not give him even water, the medicine they sent for him was making his health condition worst and when I called TWICE asking for help and if I can give him an Apetite Stimulant they never called back until the next day afternoon. The many times I was asking them "Why my cat is not eating properly?" They just said "he is good, there's nothing to worry about" and as long as I picked him up he was worst: not eating and barely walking. That is negligence, I am not asking for a refund, but I refuse to pay for a plan where they just showed interest in selling and NOT caring about patients when, since the first moment I asked for honesty. BUT THEY JUST LIKE TO CHARGE PEOPLE FOR DOING ANYTHING.
