- CCC COLA2 days ago2.0What a total lack of communication fiasco this place is... misinformation and half answers between the front desk staff, nurse and dr with totally confusing add on pricing!!! Question all charges!! And after all that, their 'discharge instructions' were totally unrelevant to the diagnosis and so mis-wrtten it endangered my animals life. Really??? Truly frightening experience how inept some companies can be and then want to charge like you are at a competent place!

- TMTracy MifflinApr 9, 20262.0Dropped my dog off today for evaluation for a UTI. It was a "drop off appt" meaning that I took her in described what was going on and left her there to pick her up at the end of the day after they had time to perform the tests they felt were necessary . I felt relatively confident in how we were treated by The front desk staff who were pleasant, and the doctor did call me with a report to confirm the UTI. But, while I seemingly came home with a diagnosis, along with a substantial bill (2 of the charges for were about $10 higher than quoted over the phone when I scheduled the appt) and medications, I never received any of the results from the ear swab they indicated she needed which supposedly confirmed a serious ear infection (mind you she had presented no symptoms at all), and what's worse, when she got in my car her whole underbelly was saturated in urine and her rear smeared with dried feces. By the time we got home my whole car smelled like urine. So upsetting to think of where she was kept all day, and wondering if she was let out at all knowing why she was there in the first place. I understand this might have been an added responsibility for their staff but just can't get over how negligent this was to send her home this way...

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
