  I scheduled an appointment only for rabies vaccinations for my two puppies. However, when my husband went to the appointment, the clinic added multiple services that were never requested or clearly explained beforehand. We were charged for exams and additional vaccines without our consent, which significantly increased the final bill. At no point were we properly informed or asked for approval before proceeding. This felt very misleading and unprofessional. Transparency is essential in any business, especially when it comes to veterinary care and trust with pet owners. I would not recommend this place due to the lack of communication and unexpected charges.

  Great experience today! Peirson, the assistant manager, helped me set up my YIP GPS device, including charging the battery and getting everything connected. It wasn’t powering on or connecting at first, but he was patient, understanding, and took the time to troubleshoot the issue. Peirson made sure everything was working properly and explained things clearly. I really appreciated his professionalism and focus on pet safety. Highly recommend — 5 stars!

  Quality control with this Petco is horrendous. The last three trips we have had to turn around and go back. One trip they gave us dog food instead of cat food. Another we bought worms for our frog - got all the way home and opened the container to find all the worms dead with mold growing. This last pick up both our Origen cat food bags were open! Got all the way home ready to feed two hungry cats to find both the freeze dried treats and kibble had been opened. Total waste of money and time.

  wish i could give this store a 0 star review. went last night just to look around and i left feeling so sad. i took a look at all of the animals. when i came across the fish tanks i was disgusted. almost all of the tanks are dirty with poop on the bottom. some tanks had foggy water. about 2/3 of the total tanks had dead fish in them. one tank had a shrimp that was eating a dead fish, another tank had 4 dead fish in the corner - all ranging in decomposition - 1 freshly dead, 1 in there for days. some were even spotted with diseases. it was just quite disturbing and sad to see. i hope someone educated with fish can help solve this issue. :( wish i got photos to add to this…

  I went to this petco last week to buy live plants for my aquarium, I stood in the section for about 5 minutes waiting to be addressed. When I asked an employee walking by to assist me she said she would grab someone because she didn’t know what to do, this employee smelled very VERY strongly of weed and when she returned said the other employee said not to even give me a bag for the live aquatic plants inside of the tank of water. She then proceeded to act disgusted while obtaining the plants and filled the bags to the brim with the water instead of air. She didn’t tie the bags correctly and they exploded all over my car as soon as I got to it. Also when at the register they rang up the plants wrong as the tag directly below them said buy 3 get 1. When I explained this to the cashier PHOEBE, She basically threw a fit and rolled her eyes as if it was a burden to do her job. After that I was about to pay and my mother asked me a question about an item, immediately the employee snapped AT MY MOTHER thinking she was talking about the price of an item. I thought maybe this was a one time thing, I went back to the petco a few days later pleased to find they had a knowledgeable guy working the fish section. He bagged the plants properly and provided very helpful and accurate advice. I saw the cashier from last time who proceeded to give me dirty looks and not assist me while she was in the section (this was before I was assisted). Getting to the register again I put my stuff on the counter ready to pay, this was a new cashier she was very sweet so props to JADE for helping us out. Petco needs to get themselves together this employee phoebe should not be working if she’s going to be miserable and show it as well as taking it out on the customers.
