Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
The first visit was great but the second one was TERRIBLE!!!!! My poor kitten was so stressed. Inconsistent team all across. The only person that seemed to know what they were doing was the vet but truly I am not even sure of that because he said hi but no proper introduction of who they were. The long wait was so stressful, unnecessary and the entire process was so disorganized. The team couldn’t get someone checked in so therefore everyone had to pay the price of that issue. My kitten who behave so excellent the first time now has a very bad experience and memory of her visit to the vet. Also they kept asking me what vaccines did my kitten needed as if I would the expert. They have the records, shouldn’t they know what vaccines are due. Now I don’t even know if my kitten was provided the right vaccines.
