She was so excited to see Peanut was still there a few days later when we went to pick her up. We appreciate Liz so much for making it a great experience. Waited 25hrs later and I called then back, asked for a supervisor again and agent refused and when she said hold on, put me on hold for 15mins then hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor and it turned into a argument to get one, when I did get one, no help at all. I had credit on my account and then it wasn't there. Nothing but run around, refusing to put me thru to supervisor or give me help. Back to Walmart or petsmart for my supplies. Everyone keep a eye on your account.
