- JPJonathan ParkerJan 16, 20263.0I’ve had the same groomer every time I’ve come here. Today, I showed up and got no heads up that my groomer was gone and someone new would be working on my dog. Because I was blindsided, I wasn't prepared to explain the haircut from scratch, so the cut just came out okay/average. More concerning was that I specifically instructed them not to do the anal glands (as the vet just did them), and they did them anyway. They removed the charge from the bill after I caught it, but the instructions were ignored. I have told many people about this company in the past, but between the lack of communication regarding the staff change and ignoring my instructions, I won't be back.
