I want to take the time to thank the staff that were present yesterday 11/22/25. Sadly I made the decision to euthanize my beloved Junior; one of three dogs I adopted a little over 14 years ago at the SPCA. He's the first one to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Navarro and all the staff were so amazing during such a hard moment for me. They got us into a room right away, were compassionate, understanding, and did not rush me; I can't count the number of times they said "Take all the time you need, even if it is hours." Banfield has always been great to my dogs and this really solidified how much the staff at this location care.

I started my day speaking with Edras to make an appointment and my goodness, what a lovely, happy person. I talk to a lot of people on the phone and they rarely convey the warmth, care, and frivolity they did. I just wanted to say thanks for enjoying your job and standing out, Edras!
