At first it felt a lot like going to minute clinic or something at cvs.. but ive grown to like the company and staff as a whole, for providing plans and availability that fit our needs very well. My animals have always been extremely well cared for, start to finish, and 99% of the staff ive met make me feel confident im getting the proper care. The seeminly low number of vets on site are always very busy, so sit in appointments can take a slightly uncomfortable amount of time waiting. Make sure you address everything when the vet comes in initially, for both your sakes, because you may only see them once or twice (unless you have time for more waiting). Over all, a very solid choice for the area and highly recommended by us. Thus far.

Just wanted to say thanks to Dr Guzzi and his crew. I have a rescue pup who is amazing but his teeth needed attention asap. Dr Guzzi and the crew were able to schedule him and my other Doxie the same day. I work as a nurse so I'm always pretty anxious about my babies. All the docs here explain everything to you in detail and listen. Needless to say I have three dogs on wellness plans and wow I love that there's so many things covered including the dental and anesthesia for both my boys. I only had to pay the monthly startup for my new guy to get his teeth cleaned. The wellness check and all his vaccinations to get him up to speed were all covered on the visit. Thanks guys!

I want to take the time to thank the staff that were present yesterday 11/22/25. Sadly I made the decision to euthanize my beloved Junior; one of three dogs I adopted a little over 14 years ago at the SPCA. He's the first one to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Navarro and all the staff were so amazing during such a hard moment for me. They got us into a room right away, were compassionate, understanding, and did not rush me; I can't count the number of times they said "Take all the time you need, even if it is hours." Banfield has always been great to my dogs and this really solidified how much the staff at this location care.

I started my day speaking with Edras to make an appointment and my goodness, what a lovely, happy person. I talk to a lot of people on the phone and they rarely convey the warmth, care, and frivolity they did. I just wanted to say thanks for enjoying your job and standing out, Edras!
