- CPCheryl ParkhillApr 19, 20255.0If you are considering a new veterinarian for your pet, the Vetco team at Seminole City Center is simply the best. First, making an appointment is easy. I normally get an appointment same day or a day later. The receptionist at this visit is Donna, who’s very pleasant and easily manages appointment arrivals and payments. The vet tech, Vlada, is gentle handling my cat and is able to calm her down. Vlada was also extremely thorough in taking the history since our last visit. She has a lot of experience and created a welcoming environment. Dr. Dawn Dale is a high energy, in charge kind of person from her 20+ years of experience. She summarized all the information given and after examining my cat, gave a solid diagnosis. My cat felt better just 12 hours later! I have been a customer of Vetco for several years. Admittedly I don't always see the same people at an appointment, but I can say without hesitation that the continuity has been outstanding. Additionally, the philosophy seems to be a common thread with every doctor I have seen. They treat you and your pet with respect. They don’t order unnecessary tests or procedures. They don’t sugar coat a problem, and they are great educators in helping you learn about your pet’s issues. They provide a treatment plan that makes sense. The fees are reasonable considering the personalized service and response time when you need them. Clearly, I am so impressed with the Vetco team, I highly recommend them for you and your pets!
