  As the many other reviews have previously stated, a groomer named BRIANNA at this location will discard and cancel your senior babies appointment with the disgusting reason of choosing not to groom healthy dogs even if they are not on any medication, simply because of their age alone. Start your puppy off with a local puppy grooming salon, and keep your baby there! As they will not cancel your dog just because of their age, but will allow them to grow old and care for them as they get older, as they need them the most then! Unfortunately this news has spread widely and many people have stopped bringing their babies, and will not be doing anymore business with this store!!! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR FROM A SO CALLED CORPORATE BUSINESS WHO CLAIMS THEY LOVE AND CARE FOR OUR ANIMALS AND WANT THE BEST FOR THEM BUT TURN THEM AWAY BECAUSE THEY HAVE LIVED A GREAT LIFE AND BECAME A SENIOR DOG!!!

  Unfortunately we have had a terrible incident today with one of our beloved dogs. Our dog has been groomed by Petco from the age of 8 weeks. As her appointment was today, we were greeted with the awful and devastating news from one of the groomers named BRIANNA, that she would not groom our dog anymore because of her age. Mind you, our dog is very healthy. Is not on any medication and has been doing well her entire life. She is up to date with all vaccines and has excellent temperament. BRIANNA told us that we should take our dog somewhere else, and she was too old to be groomed here. She then proceeds to get a manager who is named NIKKI, and they both bullied us into leaving with the regards of “your dog will be better off somewhere else being groomed, she has aged out unfortunately”. Unfortunately they didn’t even care to realize if our dog has been comfortable and done very well being groomed her since her very first groom, why would you think her being groomed somewhere else would be appropriate for her, which would obviously cause her MORE STRESS being in an UNKNOWN ENVIRONMENT WITH UNKNOWN GROOMERS THAT SHES NOT FAMILIAR WITH?? This has been an egregious situation for all that is involved! I am devastated and our heart hurts for our precious baby girl. SO TO WARN OTHER PET PARENTS, IF YOU THINK THIS WILL BE YOUR BABIES FOREVER GROOMING HOME THINK AGAIN. THEY WILL DISCARD YOUR BABY LIKE DIRT ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR SHOE AND TRASH INTO THE INCINERATOR!!! LIKE THEY MEANT NOTHING AND ARE NOTHING!! What a disgusting way to treat a senior baby!!
