  We had an amazing experience here and highly recommend! Firstly, the manager Stacy is PHENOMENAL; she is knowledgeable, patient, and answered our million questions as first time puppy parents. We learned a ton about raising dogs and never felt rushed. Dr. Dale was also amazing in her care and evaluation. It’s really close to home so we were hoping for a decent experience and got an outstanding one. They really care about pets here. 💕🐾🐈🦜

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The front desk receptionist was kind and pleasant and very friendly! Our vet tech Dasia was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable! She helped me so much with our new kitten and made me feel confident and at ease in caring for our new pet! Dr. Bejat was also great! Highly recommend this affordable and convenient vet!

  From the time we walked in with Mr Bojangles, everyone was helpful an very knowledgeable. They all made us feel comfortable with his care. We can't thank you all enough for making our trip getting his nails done, an a quick check up , enjoyable.

  My cat Molly was very sick today and I usually go to a veterinarian clinic that takes days to be seen by a vet. Worried about my Molly not eating or drinking anything for 24hrs I called numerous vets in the area to be told they didn’t take any new patients needing emergency treatment. I saw VetCo on Google and I figured why not. They were offering a free first examination and I was able to book an appointment for the following hour. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She saw me with a cat carrier and knew her by name. She even stopped what she was doing with a patient checking out to get me in a room. Making sure we were seen by someone as soon as possible. The technician was very gentle and handled my baby with ease. She assured me that I was in good hands and the vet I was going to see was not only the best in the area. But also a cat specialist. They did everything they could to make sure my expenses were as low as possible. They even gave me some emotional support when I was worried waiting for her diagnosis. I recommend this clinic to anyone with pets. 10/10 highly recommend. I’ll go nowhere else from now on. - 12/6/25 Update: She is back to her normal self and has been eating well since her last visit. Thanks again to everyone involved helping us that day. - 12/8/25

  Warning to Pet Owners I am writing this review as a warning to other pet owners. I brought my 10-month-old kitten, Lucky, to the Seminole Petco veterinary clinic when he was very sick, and what happened was deeply upsetting and confusing. The technician EsMarie and assistant Liz who saw us told me it would be “cheaper somewhere else” and sent me to another hospital with a quote of around $2,400. When I arrived, the estimate was more than double that amount. Before I left Petco, staff Liz charged me for bloodwork, drew Lucky’s blood, and handed me the tube to take to the other clinic, which felt very unprofessional. The veterinarian seemed unaware that I had even been told to leave and asked who instructed me to go. This made me realize that there is no coordination or communication among the staff. I also asked to speak to a manager, but there was no manager on site, and despite being told I would receive a call, no one ever followed up. My kitten suffered through all this confusion, and he later passed away. I am devastated, and I truly do not want any other pet owner to experience what I went through. This clinic needs serious improvements in communication, oversight, and medical protocol. Please be cautious and ask questions before trusting your pet to this location.
